webbed neck

webbed neck /webd/ , a congenital thick fold of skin and fascia that stretches from the mastoid process to the clavicle on the lateral aspect of the neck. It occurs in such genetic conditions as Noonan’s syndrome and Turner’s syndrome. Also called pterygium colli.
