WAGR syndrome, a syndrome of Wilms’ tumor, absence of the iris, genitourinary abnormalities or gonadoblastoma, and intellectual disability, resulting from a small interstitial deletion on chromosome 11. WAGR is the acronym for Wilm’s tumor, aniridia, genitourinary abnormalities, and retardation.
