Stickler’s syndrome

Stickler’s syndrome /stik′lərz/ [Gunnar B. Stickler, 20th-century American physician] , an autosomal-dominant disorder consisting of myopia progressing to retinal detachment and blindness and premature degenerative changes in the joints. Sensorineural hearing loss may also occur.
