Sézary syndrome

Sézary syndrome /sāzärē″/ [A. Sézary, French dermatologist, 1880–1956] , a condition of generalized exfoliating erythroderma, lymphadenopathy, and abnormal circulating T cells. The patient experiences pruritus, alopecia, edema, and nail and pigment changes.
