pyromania

pyromania /pī′rōmā″nē·ə/ [Gk, pyr + mania, madness] , an impulse-control disorder characterized by an uncontrollable urge to set fires. The disorder presents itself in terms of a tension phase along with increased mental arousal before the act, which is followed by a feeling of self-fulfillment after the act.
