pronator quadratus

pronator quadratus /prōnā″tər/ , a muscle of the forearm. It originates on the distal fourth of the anterior surface and border of the ulna and inserts onto the distal fourth of the anterior surface of the radius. It functions to pronate the forearm and hand.
