Piskacek’s sign

Piskacek’s sign /pis′kə·cheks/ [Ludwig Piskacek, Austrian obstetrician, 1854–1933] , asymmetric enlargement of the body of the pregnant uterus as a result of its enlargement in the cornual region, usually over the site of implantation. Piskacek’s sign is an indication of pregnancy.
