panatrophy /panat″rəfē/ , 1. a general atrophy of all parts of a body or structure. 2. a rare disorder associated with atrophy of cutaneous and subcutaneous tissue, characterized by prominence of underlying body structures as all levels of skin and subcutaneous tissue are reduced in thickness.
