Osborn wave

Osborn wave, an abnormal upward deflection in the electrocardiogram (ECG) occurring at the junction of the QRS complex and the S-T segment. It is often found in ECGs of patients with moderate hypothermia and becomes more pronounced as body temperature declines. Also called J wave.
