Musset’s sign

Musset’s sign /mo͝osāz″, sīn/ [Alfred de Musset, French poet, 1810–1857] , a rhythmic movement of the head and neck synchronous with each ventricular systole. The disorder is named for the patient in whom the condition was first recorded.
