juvenile periodontitis

juvenile periodontitis, an abnormal, extremely invasive condition characterized by severe localized pocketing and bone loss in the dental alveoli of children and adolescents, generally associated with poor oral hygiene and inadequate nutrition. See aggressive periodontitis.
