Haglund’s deformity

Haglund’s deformity [Sims E.P. Haglund, Swedish orthopedist, 1870–1937] , a foot disorder characterized by an enlarged posterosuperior lateral aspect of the calcaneus, often associated with an inverted subtalar joint. It is a common cause of posterior Achilles bursitis.
