Gordon’s elementary body

Gordon’s elementary body [Mervyn H. Gordon, English physician, 1872–1953] , a particle found in tissues containing eosinophils, once thought to be the viral cause of Hodgkin’s disease. Also called Gordon’s encephalopathic agent.
