Foley Y-V pyeloplasty

Foley Y-V pyeloplasty, pyeloplasty for repair of an obstructed and high ureteropelvic junction. A V-shaped flap is made from part of the renal pelvis and inserted into a Y-shaped incision whose angle is at the junction.
