fluent aphasia

fluent aphasia /flo̅o̅″ənt/ [L, fluere, to flow; Gk, a, not, phasis, speech] , a form of aphasia in which the patient articulates words easily, although the message may be unintelligible or may not be related to a particular stimulus. Kinds include Wernicke’s aphasia, conduction aphasia.
