eosinophilic leukemia

eosinophilic leukemia, a malignant neoplasm of the blood-forming tissues in which eosinophils are the predominant cells. The disease resembles chronic myelocytic leukemia but may have an acute course, even when no blast forms are present in the peripheral blood.
