drug-induced psychosis

drug-induced psychosis, a psychotic state induced by excessive dosage of certain therapeutic drugs as well as drugs of abuse. Therapeutic drugs often associated with drug-induced psychosis include atropine-like drugs, chloral hydrate, steroids, and isoniazid.
