cytomegalovirus immune globulin

cytomegalovirus immune globulin, a purified immunoglobulin derived from pooled adult human plasma selected for high titers of antibody against cytomegalovirus. It is administered intravenously for treatment and prophylaxis of cytomegalovirus disease in transplant recipients.
