Chrysanthemum

Chrysanthemum /krisan′thəməm/ , a genus of perennial flowering herbs of the family Compositae, native to the Balkans and the Middle East. They are a common cause of contact dermatitis, and their powdered flowers are insecticidal and scabicidal.
