Bartholin’s gland carcinoma

Bartholin’s gland carcinoma [Caspar T. Bartholin] , a rare malignancy comprising 1% to 2% of vulvar carcinomas that occurs deep in the labia majora. Treatment is radical vulvectomy and bilateral lymphadenectomy. Recurrence is common, but the 5-year survival rate is 85%.
