antineoplaston

antineoplaston, a peptide, amino acid derivative, or carboxylic acid proposed to control neoplastic cell growth using the patient’s own biochemical defense system, which works jointly with the immune system. Antineoplaston therapy is not approved for general use due to lack of clinical evidence.
