anterocclusion

anterocclusion /an′tərōklo̅o̅″shən/ [L, ante + occludere, to shut] , a malocclusion in which the mandibular teeth are anterior to their normal position relative to the maxillary teeth. Compare anteversion, def. 2. See also Angle’s classification of malocclusion.
