Cowden’s disease

Cowden’s disease [Cowden, family name of the first recorded case] , an autosomal-dominant disorder characterized by hypertrichosis, gingival fibromatosis, facial papules, hemangiomas, and postpubertal fibroadenomatous breast enlargement. Also called hamartoma syndrome.
