clear cell carcinoma, 1. a malignant tumor of the tubular epithelium of the kidney. Characteristically the malignant cells contain abundant clear cytoplasm. See also renal cell carcinoma. 2. an uncommon ovarian neoplasm characterized by cells with clear cytoplasm.
