Williams syndrome

Williams syndrome /wil′yəmz/ [J.C.P. Williams, 20th-century New Zealand cardiologist] , a condition characterized by supravalvular aortic stenosis, cognitive impairment, elfin facies, and transient hypercalcemia in infancy. Also called elfin facies syndrome.
