unoprostone /u″no-pros′tōn/ , an antiglaucoma agent that decreases elevated intraocular pressure by increasing the outflow of aqueous humor. It is used as unoprostone isopropyl in the treatment of open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension. It is applied topically to the conjunctiva.
