postaxial

postaxial /pōst·ak′sē·əl/ [L, post, after; Gk, axon, axis] , posterior to an axis. In anatomical usage, this refers to the medial (ulnar) aspect of the upper limb and the lateral (fibular) aspect of the lower limb.
