pectineus

pectineus /pektin″ē·əs/ [L, pecten, comb] , the most anterior of the five medial femoral muscles. It functions to flex and adduct the thigh and to rotate it medially. Compare adductor brevis, adductor longus, adductor magnus, gracilis.
