ophthalmodynamometer /-din′əmom″ətər/ [Gk, ophthalmos, eye, dynamis, force, metron, measure] , an instrument for measuring pressure on the sclera while the fundus is studied with an ophthalmoscope. It may be used to measure blood pressures in the ophthalmic artery.
