kaolinosis

kaolinosis /kā′əlinō″sis/ , a form of pneumoconiosis acquired by inhaling clay dust (kaolin). Kaolin is used in the manufacture of paper, ceramics, heat-resistant wood, soaps, toothpaste, and some medicines.
