INDICATIONS: It is prescribed to control surgical bleeding and treat pressure ulcers. CONTRAINDICATIONS: Frank infection, extensive and abnormal bleeding, postpartum bleeding, or menorrhagia prohibits its use. ADVERSE EFFECTS: There are no known adverse effects.
