INDICATIONS: It is used for the palliative treatment of recurrent, persistent ovarian cancer after induction therapy agent. CONTRAINDICATIONS: Known hypersensitivity to this drug, severe bone marrow depression, severe neurological toxicity, and pregnancy prohibit its use. ADVERSE EFFECTS: Among the more serious adverse reactions are hepatic toxicity, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, and anemia.
