guanosine

guanosine /gwan″ōsēn/ , a nucleoside composed of guanine and a sugar, d-ribose. It is a major component of the nucleotides guanosine monophosphate and guanosine triphosphate and of RNA. A related nucleoside, deoxyguanosine, is a major component of DNA.
