eunuchoidism /yo̅o̅″nəkoidiz′əm/ , a condition resulting from a deficiency in the production or effectiveness of male hormones. The deficiency leads to sterility, abnormal tallness, small testes, and impaired development of secondary sexual characteristics, libido, and sexual potency.
